The decision to seek mental health therapy takes courage, so congratulations on taking this step! Therapy is a great starting point to enhance understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. This understanding can then be implemented into your relationships with others and with yourself. I create a safe place for you to explore what is interfering with daily functioning or overall life satisfaction.
My approach to therapy is holistic in nature and does not follow a sole theoretical perspective. Instead, I utilize a combination of treatment modalities that best suit your needs and desire for change. Each person is unique, therefore the treatment that I utilize is unique as well! My ultimate goal is to empower you to take what we learn in therapy together and to implement these tools into your current and future life!
