I help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can feel more grounded, fulfilled, and connected to yourself and to others.
My approach to therapy is holistic and tailored to each person’s individual needs. Each person is unique; therefore, the treatment that I utilize is unique as well!
I integrate several evidence-based treatment modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support your goals for healing and growth.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or challenges in relationships, I work collaboratively with you to help you develop insight, find relief, and move forward with greater resilience and self-understanding.
