About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a Certified EMDR therapist. I received my master’s degree in social work from Temple University’s School of Social Work in 2013.

I have been practicing psychotherapy for 12 years, working with adult individuals in various treatment settings. I believe that therapy can benefit anyone, at any point in their life. Therapy is not just for individuals going through an extremely difficult time. It can also be an opportunity to gain further understanding and insight about our own unique thought processes, emotional responses, relationship patterns and personalities. The therapeutic relationship is a great place to learn more about ourselves in a supportive, safe and non-judgmental environment. Caring for our mental health is equally as important and beneficial as caring for our physical health. When I’m not conducting therapy, I enjoy long distance running, collecting and growing plants and spending time with my family-husband, son, daughter and two cats!
